About Us

The program team, led by the Program Manager, Renata Zupanc, is comprised of individuals with a range of specialist skills who work in three interlinked streams: Analysis & Configuration, Change Management and Technical/Infrastructure.

The joint sponsors of the Research Management Program are Merlin Crossley, Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) and Bruce Meikle, Chief Information Officer. The governance structure includes a Steering Group, responsible for strategic leadership and a Project Board, which is accountable for operational decision-making related to the Program implementation.

There is also a close working relationship with the Director of the Research Office, Warwick Dawson, as this unit plays a central role in research administration and management at the University.
