Research Management Program team

The program team draws together individuals with skills and experience in project management, business and data analysis and change management, as well as research administration subject matter experts and technical specialists in system design, integration and implementation.

There is a balance between internal staff and external consultants to ensure the required skill-set is accompanied by strong knowledge of the University environment.

The Project manager is John Dawlings. Within the Research Management Program there are three streams:

Analysis & Configuration

The Analysis & Configuration team works closely with the business and is responsible for the analysis of business requirements, RIMS configuration, design of associated new business processes as well as data analysis and cleansing, and quality assurance.

Change Management

Change Management is responsible for all change management activities, including communication with the University community, assessment of the impact of new systems and processes, change readiness, overseeing user training and roll-out, and managing all change management risks.

Technical/Infrastructure

The Technical / Infrastructure team is responsible for the design and delivery of technical infrastructure and system integration.
