How to apply - Domestic

Local applications must be lodged by the last working day in October.

Step 1 - Application

SCA Graduates can apply for Honours up to three years after the completion of the BVA Pass degree or equivalent. External applicants must complete an Application for admission into Bachelor's degree (non-UAC courses), undergraduate diploma or undergraduate non-award study.

Step 2 - SCA Application Form

All local applicants for the Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours) are required to complete and submit an Honours application form to SCA by the last working day in October.

Step 3 - Portfolio Presentation and Interview

A portfolio of recent artwork and a research proposal must accompany the above application forms and be submitted to Sydney College of the Arts by the end of October. The portfolio can be submitted as slides, a VHS video, photograph or CD Rom. Please do not send original artworks. Include a postage paid self-addressed envelope for the return of the portfolio (More Info).
