Banking Authority Form
- Banking Authority Form - If you are receiving a scholarship or prize it is a good idea to provide your banking details to the Scholarships & Prizes Office so that future payments or prizes can be paid directly to your bank account.
Tip: Ensure that the name of your bank account and your name on your student registration (ie through the Student Centre) are identical. We cannot pay to an account with a different name.
Tip: If you are receiving a prize it is a good idea to supply the form, as you may receive this prize, or another in the future.
Request to hold Scholarship Part Time
- Request to hold Scholarship Part Time - Some scholarships can be held part-time for a set duration. If you are receiving a scholarship and change to part-time study you need to inform the Scholarships & Prizes Office straight away, otherwise you may need to pay back money.
Tip: Speak to the Scholarships & Prizes Office first before changing your enrolment status. It is a good idea to be aware of whether you can continue to receive your scholarship part-time, if there will be a difference in the money you receive, what special conditions you need to be aware of, and the process for how to change back to full-time receipt of a scholarship.
Request to Suspend Scholarship
- Request to Suspend Scholarship - You can choose to suspend some scholarships if you defer your studies.
Tip: Speak to the Scholarships & Prizes Office first before changing your enrolment status. It is a good idea to be aware of whether you can continue to receive your scholarship when you return to University, what special conditions you need to be aware of, and the process for how to be in receipt of the scholarship again.
Form to Show Cause
- Form to Show Cause - Details about restrictions or problems you have faced during your studies which has prevented or incumbered you from meeting the academic requirements of a scholarship.
Tip: If you have had an illness you will need to provide medical certificates or verification, as you would when seeking special consideration at the Student Centre.
