Honorary awards

The Secretariat carries out the following functions in relation to honorary awards of the University:

arranges the annual call for nominations
services Senate's Advisory Committee for Honorary Awards
liaises with recipients, Deans and the Graduations office to arrange conferring ceremonies
arranges for citations to be prepared
maintains information online with respect to:
- the Committee
- honorary awards
- names and ceremonies for this year's recipients
- names and dates of all honorary awards recipients
- citations for honorary awards recipients
- photo gallery
- historical information
