In-Person Enrolment Process

In-person enrolment is available to applicants who are accepting an offer to enrol in a new course of study at the University and to re-enrolling students who did not successfully pre-enrol into the new academic year.

Applicants and re-enrolling students who are required to attend an in-person enrolment session will be directed, in the first instance, to the Faculty in order to initiate the enrolment. This is known as Stage 1. After enrolment requirements have been completed at Stage 1, students will be directed to Stage 2 to finalise any other enrolment matters. Once all enrolment requirements have been completed, students can obtain a student card and travel concession/s, if eligible, from the University's Card Centre.

Students who are unable to attend their scheduled in-person enrolment session can make arrangements for someone else to attend the session on their behalf. This is a proxy enrolment.

Applicants, other than applicants through UAC, will be notified of their enrolment session time and date in their offer letter sent from the University.

Re-enrolling students will be notified of their enrolment session time and date in information sent by the University in late January.
