Pre-enrolment for currently enrolled students

What is pre-enrolment?

Pre-enrolment is an annual process which occurs during semester 2 whereby continuing students (excluding non-award/non-degree) select and lodge their enrolment requirements for the upcoming academic year.
The 2009 pre-enrolment process has now commenced.

How do I pre-enrol?

Most students are required to pre-enrol online through MyUni (see the quick link to pre-enrolment on the MyUni homepage). Other students are required to lodge a paper pre-enrolment form at their faculty office.

2009 pre-enrolment must be finalised by the following deadlines:

  • Paper pre-enrolment Friday 31 October 2008
  • Online pre-enrolment Friday 14 November 2008

Pre-enrolment advice and faculty specific advice has been posted and emailed to all participating students.

What happens next?

By early to mid January, pre-enrolment selections are approved for most students and a Confirmation of Enrolment notice will be mailed to your correspondence address. Some students will not be confirmed, for various reasons, and will be invited to attend an in-person enrolment session at their faculty before the start of semester.

Regular emails are sent providing the most current information about pre-enrolment and students are encouraged to regularly check their University email accounts for these communications.
