Replacement Testamurs

The Graduations Office issues replacement testamurs when the original testamur has been irretrievably lost.

Requests for a replacement testamur should include a statutory declaration affirming the loss of the original testamur.

A payment of AUD$55.00 (inclusive of GST) is required for each replacement requested within Australia, including the cost of postage.

International requests cost AUD$65.00 (inclusive of GST) for each replacement, including the cost of overseas postage.

Faxed requests cannot be accepted.
