Where is the Counselling Service?

The Counselling Service is located at the Camperdown Campus and the Cumberland Campus.

Camperdown Campus

You can find us on Level 5 of the Jane Foss Russell Building G02, City Road (beside the Wentworth Building), Camperdown Campus.

24-Hour Service (Crisis)

Email

The Counselling Service discourages the use of email communication between counsellors and clients. Confidentiality or security of email communication cannot be guaranteed, as email is not a secure medium. The Counselling Service is also unable to guarantee the ability to respond to any email quickly.

When can you come and see us?

There are two ways to see us:

Camperdown Campus:

Appointments: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm each week day
Appointments are 50 minutes and need to be booked ahead by phone (86278433) or by calling in. After hours appointments can also be arranged.

Walk-in interviews:
11.00 am - 3.00 pm each week days during semester. No appointment necessary. Walk-in interviews are approximately 25 minutes.

Cumberland Campus

Appointments: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday and Thursday.
Appointments are 50 minutes and need to be booked ahead by phone (93519638) or by calling in.

Walk-in interviews:
12noon - 1.00 pm each week days during semester. No appointment necessary. Walk-in interviews are approximately 25 minutes.

Sydney College of the Arts Campus

Appointments need to be booked by phone (86278433).

Sydney Conservatorium of Music Campus
