Telephone account charges

Telephone Annual Extension Maintenance Fee

In addition to the normal per-call charges, departments pay a fixed annual fee per extension line to cover handset maintenance and call-out fees. Since 1997 this has been set at $20.00 per extension line. This is levied in the first quarter of the year. All telephone maintenace is to be arranged through the ITS telephone fault reporting number ( currently 42053 ).
