Reference Groups
Reference groups are consultative bodies to the program, ensuring an ongoing forum for engagement and to capture the perspectives of key stakeholder groups to inform program direction and activities.
Role / Responsibilities - Administrative Reference Group
Nominated senior members of faculty, professional support unit (PSU) and academic support unit administration staff who act as a liaison to the program and attend monthly meetings. Responsibilities include:
- keep faculty or unit management team aware of program approach and developments
- represent the faculty or unit point of view to the FSAP team
- identify the appropriate subject matter experts as required and facilitate their involvement in various program activities
- provide the program with insight, experience and expertise on student administration processes and practice
- monitor and provide feedback on the perceptions and impact of the program on University staff
- participate in workshops and other project consultation activities
- provide feedback on and input to program approach, timelines, key documents and outputs
