Unistaff is a department of the University of Sydney that sources high quality candidates for various positions within the University. We fill temporary staffing requirements such as staff absences, workload increases, projects and new initiatives.
We can offer you a variety of assignments at various campuses across Sydney. We also offer either part-time or full-time employment. All assignments are paid on a casual, hourly basis.
To be successful as a member of our team, you will need to have:
- extensive experience in all aspects of senior administration or as a personal/executive assistant
- a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- exceptional attention to detail
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- an ability to prioritise your own workload
- a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint and database skills
