Organisational Charts via MyHRonline

Description: Automated, transparent, visible and dynamic organisational charting tool for the University’s business units and faculties to enable them to proactively manage their positions and reporting lines and improve accountability of the accuracy of data held in the T2 HRIS.
Benefits:

Cost savings via:

  • Central automated creation of organisational charts
  • Administrative savings across the university by removing the need to develop isolated & independent organisational charts by business units/faculties.
  • Reduction of Org Chart transactions tasks performed by the Position Management team allowing them to provide ‘value add’ service instead.
  • Supports the use of online Casual sheets.
  • University-wide position based reporting structure will be utilised to enable approval of pay.

Improved decision support via:

  • Improved accuracy and integrity of position data for current and future HRIS initiatives which utilise electronic workflow and position data. For example:
    - Supporting electronic OH&S incident and hazard reporting as part of the OH&S module.
    - Supporting Web Self Service (WSS),
    - Management of Non-Employee records currently held in the HRIS.
    - Supporting the Research Management Program (RMP)
