Online Schedule for Absences (Spendvision Interface)

Description: Provie a consolidated view of staff leave through interfacing with Spendvision to record employee absences and leave (both business and personal) and enhance visibility of the demarcation between employees' work - related absences and personal leave. This system will pick up all absences from the University for example Study Leave.

Please note: Casuals, Part time employess, Contractors and non -employees (e.g Honorariums) are excluded from this project.

Benefits:

• Clear visibility via the Managers calendar (my HR Online) of all staff away from their workplace both on duty and on leave.
• Ensures the University is effectively managing its duty of care responsibilities.
• Possible simplified process for applying to work off site and take leave.
• Managers will be able to better manage their staffing and workload requirements.
