Review of all HR Policies

Description: Design and implement a comprehensive policy framework that is current, easy to navigate and supports the University’s strategic direction.

Prepare an index for accessing policies and a schedule of HR policies to be reviewed, updated or developed in 2009.

Identify current policy gaps.

Develop a policy review and development methodology as a guide for policy project leaders.

Determine a University protocol for review, approval, publication and communication of University policies as they relate to HR.
