Description: Identify and deliver priority Talent2 systems enhancements and increase functionality based on business needs. Develop appropriate processes to ensure optimum client service and delivery.

Review of all HR related policies

Description: Design and implement a comprehensive policy framework that is current, easy to navigate and supports the University’s strategic direction.

Establish an up-to-date electronic policy and procedure manual incorporating:

Revision of all HR policies to be consistent with Enterprise Agreements;

Policies to be developed under strategic and workslate objectives. Policy teams to be confirmed. Including:

  • Family Friendly
  • Performance Management and Development
  • Chief Fire Warden
  • Affiliates and Contractors
  • Visa and Relocation
  • Exit Interview

  • Workplace Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Policy and Resolution Procedure
  • New Workplace Bullying Prevention Policy and Resolution Procedure
  • Preparation and planning for retirement

Description: A scoping paper is being prepared which will identify the issues around the reform of complaint, grievance, dispute and misconduct processes. A program of work around those issues identified as priorities will then commence.
