What is the new Talent 2 HR system?

The new HR system is a web enabled HR system designed to meet the immediate and ongoing needs of the University.

The new system provides tools to bring HR in line with the University's strategic direction by:

• The establishment of positions and their occupants
• Providing the means to establishing workflow functionality
• Automating processes where possible
• Reducing duplicate processes and
• Introducing a system that will provide a single source of
  truth for all HR information.
