Ewa Miszczak

Ewa is a solicitor for Sydnovate and is part of the University’s Office of General Counsel. She advises Sydnovate on all legal matters and particularly in relation to the protection, management and commercialisation of the University’s intellectual property.

Prior to working at Sydnovate, Ewa worked at Deacons. As a member of Deacons’ corporate and commercial team, she specialized in franchising and licensing law and the related areas of intellectual property and trade practices.

The scope of Ewa’s expertise includes providing commercial advice and handling transactions for companies distributing goods and services through networks, or that exploit technology or intellectual property as well as brand protection and commercialisation of intellectual property assets.
