Transportation to and from PasadenaPasadena is accessible from three different airports. Burbank is the closest, and is much less chaotic than LAX. LAX is the nearest major international airport. Ontario is a little further away but also a possibility. You can get from any of these airports to Pasadena using SuperShuttle. At LAX, shuttles come at regular intervals, and it is not necessary to make reservations. It will be necessary to make a reservation for your return to LAX. At Burbank and Ontario airports, you will need to make reservations in advance for both directions. Other participants should book rooms at the nearby Pasadena Hilton. All events will take place in Baxter Hall (building #77) and Dabney Hall (#40), both near the middle of the map. The Athenaeum is building # 61 in the southeast corner of the map. The Pasadena Hilton is about ten blocks northwest of campus: you can look at the map on their website to see its location relative to campus. The Pasadena Hilton runs a complimentary shuttle to Caltech. You must notify the concierge the night before you need it.
