How to submit an
order
Ordering work from the University Publishing Service (UPS) is
easy!
Simply fill in a printing requisition (available from the UPS)
and either fax it, present it in person or send it through the internal
mail, (along with your originals and print specifications) to customer
service and your job will be underway!
Some important points to remember when filling in your requisition:
• Ensure your PeopleSoft account code is filled in and
that the requisition has been authorised;
• Ensure your contact name, phone and fax details are included;
• Print clearly and legibly, entering the appropriate information
in the relevant columns. Please contact our customer service department
if you have any questions about the form;
• Enter the actual date the job is to be completed, rather
than ASAP. If the date is critical please indicate “A MUST”
near the delivery date. If your work requires a short turn around
time please advise our customer service department prior to submitting
your job – that way you can be guaranteed of the quickest
deadline possible;
• If your originals do not have page numbers, please sequentially
number the back of each page;
• When supplying artwork on disk please include all images
and fonts used, and include a hardcopy so we’ll know how
you expect your finished job to look.
We will than fax your work back to you for the final proof check.
