Once you've expressed your interest to Web services, there are a few things you can do to get ready for project kickoff:

Identify and solicit the support of an appropriate project sponsor.
Nominate a project coordinator.
Begin to create a shortlist of representatives you would like on your IA team.
Consider who you would like to serve as your site's Webmaster.
Identify some of the subject matter experts you would like to serve as authors and approvers.
